Prices in euro, effective 1 September 2025. EU consumers see VAT added at checkout. Businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse charged.

Small print, normal size

Billing runs monthly or yearly, and the yearly option drops two months. Cancel from the account page and sync keeps running until the paid period closes. Nothing is deleted that day. The notes were always on your own disk.

Fjordnote runs no promotions. No plan has ever been repriced after purchase. A change to the list price applies to new accounts only.

If cost is the blocker, say so.

The Sync tier has gone out free to people between jobs since 2021. No form, no proof, no follow-up questions. One sentence to [email protected] is enough.

Invoices

Every payment produces a PDF invoice carrying your company details and the studio's Estonian registration data. Add a purchase-order reference at checkout and it prints on the document.

Ask for a copy of any invoice from the last seven years.

Not sure yet?

The free tier is the whole editor. Run it for a month before paying anyone anything.
