Write in. A person replies.

No ticket queue and no chat widget in the corner. Mail lands in an inbox two people read, usually inside a working day. Median reply time last year was nine hours.

Straight to the right desk

All three reach the same two people. The split keeps invoices out of the bug pile.

Lost a passphrase?

Read the FAQ first. Sync encrypts on your machine, so no reset exists on the server side. If the notes still sit on a device, the fix is short and the studio will walk you through it.

Three things to include

Each one turns a three-day thread into a single reply.

1

The version number

The exact build sits under Help → About and copies with one click. Half of all reports describe something already fixed in a later release.

2

What you expected

"The tag disappeared" and "I expected the tag to survive a rename" are different bugs. The second one usually reproduces on the first try.

3

No note contents

Do not paste a note and do not attach the folder. The studio does not want it and cannot store it. A screenshot with the text blurred is plenty.

Desk hours

Monday to Friday, roughly 09:00 to 18:00 Eastern European Time. Mail sent on a Friday evening is usually answered on Monday morning. No autoresponder here promises an hour.

The studio closes for two weeks around midsummer, and again between Christmas and the new year. Both get announced inside the app, and here, a month ahead. Sync runs through every closure. It is monitored, just not watched by a human with a laptop on a beach.
